My boyfriend and I have been buying our produce from Eat More Produce since they opened and we will not buy our produce anywhere else. Your prices are great and your selections of produce and now deli meats and vino are spectacular!

I bought your sundried tomato hummus today, it is good but way too much garlic. I can’t take it to work, I would knock out the workers with my halitosis.
Hm, you must have gotten the “end of the pot”! Our sundried tomato hummus is not usually very garlicy! We apologize… next time you’re in, let us know so we can let you try and compare our variety of hummus! Sure we can find something that will suit the office…!
Love your selection. I was looking for Sherry vinegar and no one seems to carry it anymore. I got a fairly big bottle for $6.99. I add it to Black bean soup and Leftover Potato soup. Can’t truly enjoy both without it. Thanks!!
Love your salsas… but sometime in the past I got some red pepper salsa which was absolutely yummy, and I haven’t seen it lately. It it something you do seasonally?

I want to share an awesome easy recipe with friends of Eat More Produce.
healthy lowfat and great over rice!!!
Eggplant with tomato, onion and garlic
1 onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 cup of chopped tomato
1 eggplant in 1″ cubes
Allpurpose seasoning with salt, 1/2 tsp oregano
In a large skillet , spray with cooking oil , heat over high and add onion , saute for 2-3 min
add garlic saute 1 more minute
add chopped tomato and seasoning to taste , about 1/2 to 1 tsp and oregano
lower heat and add eggplant
Stir add 1/2 cup broth veg or chicken
Stir and cover
Keep at a simmer for about 20 min
or until eggplant is soft
Enjoy over rice and with a grilled filet from Eat More Produce!!!!
My wife Mindy and I started shopping for vegs and fruit, nuts, etc at Eat More Produce and will go nowhere else for the freshest and best priced food. The staff is amazing – always asking to help, bring our bags to the car, etc. Even gave us a watermelon as they learned it was our anniversary weekend! Best wishes to you and EAT MORE PRODUCE!
